If rise by an ace it could be a hard foe. #8 Lugia The water bird pokemon. It has a united skills & power. It helps its self make even hard to take down. Could it be more powerful then Ho-oh Nah. #7 Ho-oh The gold bird of fire and rainbow. Kind of never mind. It has power beyond of Moltres. Its fire power is good for bad for them. It recovers self like SOME POKEMON its very will you know. But it can be almost K.O by a powerful rock attack. Haha not so Legendary now no Im playing ho-oh is best fire type in the game. #6 Dialga Roar of time. The only steel-dragon type in game. Ice will do normal damage to it. Its a powerful pokemon to deal. Roar of time does mass damage to you. There are two ways to do real damage but with out them dialga is hard to take with cappy attacks. Dialga could be more powerful if dialga wasnt a steel-dragon type. #5 Uxie The legendary pokemon sleeps in air. For a pokemon that looks like a dummy its a hard foe. Its high sp.Def and def makes it very hard to take it him down. (These 3 look like two brothers and one sister) he know solar beam witch it means an attack on water & ground type will be really hurt. To make it harder to K.O him he knows rest. So Uxie gets # 5. #4 Azelf Azelf one of the 3 lake pokemon. This guy has high Attack and Sp.attack power. It looks to be very fast Too. He cant last long in battle but he sure can take his foes down in a flash. At right time he can k.o his foe in one hit. He also got some speed. You better hope no one with skill use at you. #3 Mesprit Looks the oldest of the 3. She has balance stats. She is mostly fast. With her balance stats she can be good on any posing. Like most balance pokemon she can be hard to deal with. She migth get the 1st attack on you. The hardest thing to do is getting her with out koing her. #2 Mew2 The copy of a legendary. Its very hard to battle it has massif power. Powerful attacks to beat any one but not has hard as the next one. To me its one of fastest psychic pokemon. For a clone mew2 is strongest pokemon in games. Can it be more powerful the new? No one can really know. #1 Rayquaza This one is hardest legendary pokemon on my vote. Rayquaza has to be the hardest pokemon. It over powers you with is power. Its Speed can out run most pokemon. The 1st time I battle with it it beat me like all of my pokemon were bug types. It really tough even using it weakness. It can battle with most pokemon even f it does not had its weakness. On my vote Rayqaza is king of pokemon.
