Man Accused of Raping Teen Pleads Not Guilty

Two teens called 911 and said 49-year-old Richard Bustamonte picked them up and took them to his home. Bustamonte is a registered sex offender, convicted of annoying or molesting a child. He was not considered high risk so his name was not on the Megan's Law database.
